Our Facility
Located only walking distance from historic down-town Wauconda, at
316 West Mill Street, Transfiguration School is surrounded by a wonderful community, and caring people. We are one of the oldest parishes within the Chicago Archdiocese, and there is a rich history behind the school doors that opened in 1948, for so many eager children. Although our years proceed us, our facility is always evolving to meet the needs of our ever changing, and growing student body. These campus improvements include: a newly rebuilt playground, performing arts center and gymnasium, new classrooms, artroom, and computer lab.
