Communication Guidelines
A well informed parent needs to know the proper channels of communication in order to express his/her concerns or ideas regarding school matters. The following guidelines will help to identify the proper channels.
- Concerns/questions involving your child's achievement and classroom behavior/discipline - contact the teacher; if concerns persist, contact the Principal, then the Pastor.
- Concerns/questions involving general day to day operation of the school, including; discipline, curriculum, special programs, extracurricular activities, uniforms, tuition payments, etc. - contact the Principal; if problems persist, contact the Pastor.
- Concerns/questions regarding general school policies, budget, public relations, and Long Range Planning - contact the School Board President, if problems persist, contact the Pastor.
- Concerns/questions regarding TFSA programs - contact the TFSA President; if concerns persist, contact the Principal, then the Pastor.
- Concerns/questions regarding our athletic program - contact the Athletic Director; if concerns persist, contact the Principal, then the Pastor.
- Concerns/questions regarding Reconciliation, First Communion or Confirmation - contact the Religious Education Director; if concerns persist, contact the Principal, then the Pastor.
- Concerns/questions regarding your child's bus transportation route, schedule or discipline problems - contact District 118 Transportation at

- Concerns/questions regarding graduations - contact the teacher; if concerns persist, contact the Principal, then the Pastor.
